On May of 2016 the works of construction restarts with a project apparently resized to 49 floors but on september of same year a new render with new facades, increase the number of floors to 70.
The project receives 4 redesigns, the last on may of 2016 was renamed as Mitikah Torre A, replaces the previous project by Cesar Pelli / Gregorio Vazquez Architecture / Grupo Ingeniería Arquitectura y Asociados (GIA) / C-Studio
