Description
Tuborgflasken is an observation tower in shape of a beer bottle. It was built for the Nordic Exhibition of 1888 and was originally equipped with an elevator, which was later replaced by a spiral case.
After Nordic Exhibition it was dismantled and rebuilt on the area of Tuborg Brewery.
In 1988 for celebrating its 100st birthday it was dismantled again and erected on the townhall plaza of Copenhague. Afterwards it was brought back to its original place.
Later it was brought back to its actual site.
