Description
Architect: Little & Associates
Developer: TRAVCO
General Contractor: McDevitt & Street Co.
This building replaced the Sheraton Hotel; which was destroyed by a gas explosion in 1988.
The building also has an art gallery and an attached parking deck.
The original proposal included a 9-storey hotel.
