Description
Architect: Jickling Lyman Powell Associates
- Width (tower): 46 m x 23.5 m
- This complex of buildings were constructed in two different phases. The 291,400 square feet,11-story section was completed in 1967, and the 321,500 square feet, 22-story section was constructed in 1972.
- The U.S. General Serivces Administration announced in August of 2006 their intentions to tear down this complex to make way for a 300,000 square foot office tower, annex, and a parking structure, but that proposal was officially cancelled in August of 2008 after the GSA was unable to secure a satisfactory deal with the developers of the complex.
