When built, was Colombia's tallest building, it has an observation deck in the 50th floor with the most awesome views of Bogota and its Savanna. At night the four facades are decorated by led lamps who mades this building one of the most significative visual elements (The national flag colors where displayed every day from 5 to 6 a.m. and artistic and commemorative images are displayed daily.
