Description
Architect: John Portman & Associates

In 1995, South Korea's Daewoo Corp bought the land and planned to construct a 400-metre-plus building in Shanghai's Xuhui district, which will be the tallest in the Puxi area of the city. However, the financial crisis in 1997 caused the project halted for 8 years.

The project is changed to Xujiahui Center.
