Description
Developer: Fortis Properties Corporation - http://www.fortisproperties.com/

This proposal was been withdrawn by the developer on March 31st 2010. Fortis felt that it would not succeed, and decided to move on to other opportunities.

If built, this would have been the tallest commercial office building in the province. It was to include 235,000 square feet of new Class A office space built to (LEED) Silver Certification standards, 16,000 square feet of ground level retail and 382 underground parking stalls, with an outdoor plaza and a harbour view atrium to house various amenities and services.

The existing 12 storey Fortis Building would have been completely retrofitted to LEED existing building standards and a pedway connection would have been constructed between the Fortis Building and TD Place.
