* The Office Tower originally designed with 35 floors (142 meters) was redesigned on 2012 to be the tallest building of the country, called Torre Corporativa IME will have 55 floors with 244 meters tall (http://i1148.photobucket.com/albums/o573/sergio2509/CotaLIME_zps3675275d.jpg),
* The 5 star Intercontinental Hotel with 22 floors (86 meters) was redesigned on 2012 to have 30 floors and more than 300 rooms and 5 panoramic elevators (150 meters tall).
* The Theatre building with 2 floors (25 meters) will have 1200 seats
* The Parking Building with 8 floors designed for 2100 automobiles
* The Consultories building with 12 floors
* The Cinema area integrated to the Mall
