Description
Architect: Mario Pani Darqui / Ricardo de Robina
Development: Mexican Government through the Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Publicos (BANOBRAS)

Originally built with 16 floors (1 main, 13 residential,1 services, 1 mechanical). The original facade was covered with marcolite panels that was totally replaced on the renovation of 1972, some years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 1979 & 1985's earthquakes, in 1988 was reinforced & partially demolished for stabilization purposes, now only have 11 floors (Main,9 residential, mechanical).

Info Warning: Arq. Santiago Jordá Salazar (who is the source of building's heights) says current are 29.4 meters tall, but that info is impossible for 11 floors (each level had at least 2.4m. free height but each retircular floor is at least 0.4 m. thick), main floor had more than 4.00 meters free height, and the height of machinery rooms at top makes impossible to consider precise his data.
