Originally built with 16 floors half leveled (Main, 26 half leveled residential, services, mechanical)58 meters high aproximate. The original facade was covered with marcolite panels that was totally replaced on the renovation of 1980, a couple years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged by the 1985's earthquakes, in 1988 was reinforced & demolished on 8 levels for stabilization purposes, now only have 8 floors (Main,6 residential,mechanical).
