• Constructor: Owen-Ames-Kimball Company
• Owner: SBC Communications Inc.
• Originally known as the Michigan Bell Telephone Building. When first constructed, the building had only six floors. A three story addition atop the original building and another nine floor annex to the north expanded the building to the current size.
