• The complex belonged to Hotel Crillon from 1947 to 1999.
• The original building has 8 levels and is neoclassical style. In 1957 the hotel was expanded with a modern 21-storey tower finished in 1960.
• The hotel went into decline in the 1980s because of the national situation and was closed in 1999. In 2011 the building changed ownership and currently houses Sunat offices.
