Description
• Architect: Victor Smirnoff Bracamonte

• This tower is part of the second phase of Residencial San Felipe, projected in 1965 by the architects Victor Smirnoff, Luis Vásquez and Jorge Páez, conformed by 29 buildings of which 11 have 15 floors and the rest have 11 and 5 floors.

• The two phases have in total 1600 apartments, 270,250 m² of floor area and were built on 23 hectares of what was once San Felipe Racecourse.
