Description
This development is to replace the historic Royal Canadian Military Institute (circa 1908), but the facade of the historic building will be incorporated into the development, and the RCMI has been promised the use of the first few floors of the tower for their continued operation.
The building won't have parking spaces for the residential units other than a few for a car sharing program.
