Description Architect: Charles C. Hartmann
Opened: September 1927
Originally planned as a hotel; the building was converted to an office building during construction, due to the construction of another large hotel near-by. The completed building featured a marble lobby and a reception counter for the hotel. The building became known as the Guilford Building in 1945.
