Constructor: Northwestern Terra Cotta Company.

- The hotel was bankrupt by 1935. Its name was changed after a liquidation sale.
- This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
- The Mincks-Adams Hotel was built by I.S. Mincks to take advantage of the 1928 International Petroleum Exposition.
