Description • Architect: Dirk Rozenburg (Rozenburg, Verhave, Luyt, De Jongh).

• The 'Witte Dame'-complex is an old Philips light bulb factory which was turned into the city central library and became home to the Design Academy Eindhoven and the Mu Art Foundation. The building was renovated during the 1990's and reopened in 1999 by Dirrix en van Wylick.
