• Built above the main ticket gate to the city's downtown ballpark; office tenants can enjoy spectacular, panoramic views of the ballpark. Offices have private balconies on the ballpark side of the building. The new building is part of a mixed–use 1,000,000-square-foot Brookstown development at the ballpark. The last two floors of the building will be completed in April 2012. The ballpark's light towers for right field are on the roof of the building. The team's offices and part of the ballpark's mechanical systems are also located in this building. The building opened in April 2011.
