Soaring to over 200 metres at Jl. M.H. Thamrin, 'The Plaza' is designed to be Jakarta's most prestigious business address, offering exclusive space in the heart of the city and promises to create a strong commercial synergy with the Grand Hyatt Jakarta.
The project includes 3 main individual parts, a 'Grand Hyatt Jakarta' hotel of 30-storeys built in 1991 with 447 rooms and 18 suites developed by architects Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, Denton Corker Marshall Pty Ltd., 'The Grand Hyatt Residence' of 46-storeys, the tallest one and 'The Plaza Tower' of 41 floors, all atop a shopping mall of 6 storeys.
