Description Architect: Michael Graves and Associates
- The original design for this building was slightly taller. It was intended to be a major landmark, seen from the east river it would be a 3rd major tower for Midtown, located between the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building. The result barley made a blip in the skyline.
- Originally planned at 60 Floors, topped off April 2002, opened September 2003.
