• Several designs were proposed for the Heron Quay West site before this final scheme went to the planning authorities during Nov 2007.
• One scheme which was propsed in 1992 was 101m, but the scheme was dropped. Nothing else was heard about the site until speculative models and renderings of a 150m tower, and a twin towered 214m-156m design began to appear around 10 years later.
