The first 20 floors will be for retail space (not rotating), next 15 for a hotel, next 35 floors residential apartments and the top 10 floors luxury villa-style apartments.
The original schedule was with pre-fabrication on august of 2008 the pre-assembly (montage) on October-November 2008, but all 2009 still without starting. The new schedule is 2010-2012 but at the end of march of 2011 only foundations was built and declared on hold.
