Description
- Architect: L.C. Kalff (De Bever Architecten)
- This unique building was constructed by and for the 75th anniversary of Philips, one of the largest electronics companies in the world.
- Constructed in the shape of a flying saucer, the structure is 77 meters in diameter, and weights 21,000 tons.
- The building originally served as a public museum of science and technology, but was closed in 1989. Nowadays the Evoluon is used as a conference center.
