On May of 2008, journals and other public media announces the 278 meters high project, on december of 2008 the same media announces the resize to 25 floors, on early 2009 days the complex increase the site width with the acquisition of the parking garage adjacent, on july of 2009 is presented the 50 stories project, new legal situations delay the project on the early days of 2010. On 2011 re-start the foundations works, on 2012 the main stucture is rising.
