Description Developer: Quigg Group - quigg.com
The first and shortest of the four towers of the Capella development at Bear Mountain resort.
Excavation of the site and some construction took place in 2008 before the project was put on-hold in October of that year. A brand-new Jaso tower crane, imported from Spain, was purchased for approximately $850,000 CAD and erected on the site only to then remain unused for three years.
The tower crane was finally dismantled and removed in June 2011.
