Description - The original, 2-story Wonderly Building, built in 1890, was expanded by an addition added between 1915-1916. 11 stories were then added to this building between 1921 and 1927, plus 3 additional stories.

- A 3-story penthouse and a frame metal dome with spire top this building.
- For many years, this was the tallest building in Grand Rapids, and was the tallest office building in the city until the completion of the Bridgewater Place in 1993.
