Originally built with 16 floors half leveled (Main, 26 half leveled residential, services, mechanical)58 meters high aproximate. The original facade was covered with marcolite panels that was totally replaced on the renovation of 1980, a couple years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 85's earthquakes (stairways & walls), on 1986 was reinforced & partially demolished for stabilization purposes, now only have 8 floors (Main,6 residential,mechanical).
