There will be 115 independent living units, 66 assisted living units and 22 memory impairment units. There will also be 23,117 of retail space.
The original plan called for multiple buildings on the site and maintain the Days Chevrolet building but converting it into retail use. In 2007, the plan was resubmitted. Changes include only one building with multiple wings and an increase of units from 170 to 203. The amount of retail increased as well and the Days Chevrolet building will now be demolished. The new design also calls for an achitectural style more complimentary to that of historic downtown Acworth.
