Description • Blåbärskullenmasten was inaugarated on September 2nd, 1960 as 323 metres tall guyed mast for FM-/TV-broadcasting. On December 27th, 1979 in result of heavy icing caused by a snowstorm, the pinnacle with the TV antenna broke off. The remaining mast was pushed upward with the help of a 24 ton traktor. Afterwards the mast was equipped with a new TV antenna, however it was not restored with full height. During restoration a 72 metres tall temporary mast was used for broadcasting.
