Developer: Concord Adex Development Corp.
An early plan for the Cityplace development included a signature tower of about 200 meters in height for the location of the sales center at Spadina Ave. and Bremner Blvd.
Renderings were released in 2002 and construction was planned for 2003, but the project was delayed and later revamped into a two tower project.
