Description • Architect: Atkins.
• Family Al Rajhi is the owner of this sail-shaped tower design, similar to the Burj al Arab in Dubai with a heliport & observation atop, also in a triangular shape. The family is considered to be the wealthiest non-royals there by most of people in Saudi Arabia.
• The inclinated tower has a huge atrium and 2 panoramic elevators outside, each running along the side pillars, converging to the aereal air red-light atop it.
