The project included the construction of very high buildings next to the monumental
power station. The skyscrapers were going to be built according to one of these two variants: 4x130m or 5x100m, though due to the controversy around the disturbance of the monumental tissue of the city, it was decided to abandon this project and replace it with bigger amount of low-rise buildings.
