Description
• This building was originally constructed as the head offices for the Boston Consolidated Gas Company in 1927. In the early 1960’s UMass Boston acquired the building and converted it to educational use. UMass Boston once again sold the building to the Boston Renaissance Charter School which moved to Hyde Park in 2010. Related Properties then acquired the building and in 2014 converted it to its current use as luxury apartments.
