Architect: Nimmons, Carr & Wright

- Originally built as the Sears, Roebuck and Company Mail-Order Warehouse and Retail Store, the store was shuttered in 1980 and the distrbution center by 1988. It was redeveloped into a mixed use complex in 2000.
