Architect: Renzo Piano Building Workshop
- A one million square foot building had been proposed featuring eight floors of academic space for CUNY's New York City College of Technology, as well as luxury condos above. It was cancelled due to the slowing residential market.
- This building would have replaced NYCCT's Klitgord Center.
