Description
The Kennesaw Embassy Suites is part of the new Village at TownPark development located near Kennesaw State University. The development features over 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, over 25,000 square feet of office space, a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, 38 luxury townhomes and a 192-room Embassy Suites hotel which will include a conference center. The hotel will be the first Version 3 Embassy Suites built from the ground up and will be Kennesaw's tallest building once completed.
The hotel was originally planned to be 9 stories tall with 156 rooms. However, a redesign saw the building's size decrease to 7 floors with an increase in room-count to 192 rooms.
