Architect: Cesar Pelli & Associates Architects

• Built to be the headquarters of the Enron Corporation, one of the worlds most sucessful and leading companies at the time. But due to the spectacular collapse of the Enron Corporation, the Enron scandal of late 2001, the company failed and filed for bankruptcy that same year.

• After 9/11 a large american flag covered the upper floors of the north side.

• Construction Started in 1999, 1500 Louisiana Street became Houston's first major office tower since the completion of the Heritage Plaza in 1987, due to the collapse of Texas Real Estate in the late 1980's.
