• The project of revitalization and expansion of the shopping center Morumbi, in São Paulo, it understands the construction of more two floors of shops, four levels of parking and an office building of 13 floors, with 198 commercial rooms of 42m² each one. The enlargement happens in small leftover belt of more than 56000 m²land, where the undertaking was introduced. With the work, in execution for the Rational Engineering, the center of purchases will gain 84 shops, which will be added up to the 404 today in operation.
