• The St. Regis Recidences is the second expansion to the Palazzo Las Vegas and a fourth expansion to the The Venetian Hotel & Casino. This is the fourth overall phase phase of the resort, phase one included the main 40 story, 3,036 room hotel, completed in 1999. Phase two involved the Venezia Tower, a 12 story, 1,013 room hotel tower added over the original 10 story parking garage in 2003. Phase three was a separate but intergrated resort, the Palazzo Las Vegas.
