Description Architect: Alfred C. Bossom
- The "Flying red horse" is a symbol of Dallas, being the corparate logo to the Magnolia Petrolum Company which built the building. One of the tallest points in the skyline and a recognizible signature,it was an Icon. However,in 1977 when the company moved out,the sign was in disrepair, and in 1997 the sign was turned of.
- In 1999 it was completly rebuilt, and to commerate the turn of the centruy the Peguses was lit back up.
