Description Architect: Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP
Named after Manolo Lopez, the owner and developer of the Rockwell Center.
A large skyscraper was planned here since the late 1990s but was ultimately cancelled in favor of a shorter tower.
Was to be the headquarters of First Philippines Holdings.
