On the whole area, a highrise should originate, after the destroyed building http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=29016, plans with same height of the previous one. With planned 300 million euros, a hotel should originate besides trade constructions and residential arrangements with 270 beds, and also a new connecting road is planned. 1100 Residences would be built, together companies like Sixt, ATU and the Hotel Motel One.
