Description
Developer: Frances Levan Fries
Architect: Alexander Jackson Davis

Built for additional space at Salem College in the mid-1800's. This Federal style building replaced the Gemein Haus, built 1772. Salem College is the nation’s oldest women’s college and the 13th oldest college in the United States. The college was founded in 1772.
