Description Architect: Ruy Othake Arquitetura e Urbanismo
Construction Company: Blokos Engenharia Ltda.
In its entrance a castle-house built between years 1880-1890, influenced the architecture of the building, forming a strong curve, avoiding the destruction of the house as it is a historic monument under protection of the government. Renovated from building constructors, it is the focal point in contrast to the blue glass curtain of the highrise.
Project developed by Fundação Carlos Chagas, the building is further used by Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo.
With its 11750m2 of glass facade. It is known as new Copan.
