The building floors have played volume geometry blocks in setbacks and balances of 4m supported by 4 huge pillars.
The standard floors started after an empty floor at 13m including 15 floors of 420 to 500m2 of area each with penthouse duplex and heliport ontop. An Unibanco bank Agency occupies the ground floor and mezanino after decision to not occupy the whole building first thought in project. The other floors are for general office.
