Description Architect: Mario Pani Darqui / Ricardo de Robina
Originally built with 16 floors (Main, 13 residential, services, mechanical). The original facade was covered with marcolite panels that were totally replaced on the renovation of 1980, a couple years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 85's earthquakes, in 1987 was reinforced & partially demolished for stabilization purposes, now only have 11 floors (Main,9 residential,mechanical.
