Description
architect: Johann Friedrich Henkenhaf/ Friedrich Ebert.

- Saved from demolition in 1972. The hotel re-opened in 1979 after a expensive renovation which costed millions of guilders.

- The Rolling Stones played their shortest gig in their career here. In 1964, when the Kurhaus was still a theatre, the band had to stop playing when the audience started to damage the interior.
