- After a successful project (Reforma 222 complex), the developers try to have a new one, their choice was to contracting one of the most famous Pritzker prize to create a great landmark, an iconic project who makes an improvement for the zone, the city and the local architecture, the sugested date of the project creates the name, a kind of contribution to the celebrations of the 200th anniversary of the country; An iconic design who results a monumental element pyramid-shaped, a great tower. The place of the project -closer to the main forest of the city- was a deteriorate old gasoline station converted to car-agency, then the project was announced by the city's government, but political adversaries to the mayor takes furiously as a personal fight influenced with prejudices against highrises and a way of auto-promotion to senate. The project finally was cancelled.
