• The tower section is divided into four parts indentified by coloured mirror glass, each representing one of the colors of the Brazilian flag. The bottom section would include a possible shopping mall, the second section office space, the third section a hotel, and the top section residential apartments, which would include an observation deck and two heliports together the Communication Antenna and Flag on the roof.
