• This mixed-use tower, proposed in the early 1990's, was to be built on the site of an historic beer brewery near the Av. Paulista city center. It was to include office space, a 200-room hotel, a convention center, and retail among other amenities.
• The project was never developed, and today, two smaller residential buildings are located at this site.
